• Each presenter will be allotted 12 minutes for the presentation, followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers. Please prepare and rehearse your presentation in advance to ensure that it fits within the time limit. Strict adherence to time will be expected from the presenters. Presenters are requested to follow the instructions of the session chair.
• Prepare your slides using Microsoft PowerPoint in .pptx format only. Ensure that slides are clear, concise, and visually well-organised. A maximum of 12–15 slides is recommended for a 12-minute presentation.
• Use a standard, legible font (Times New Roman, Arial, etc.) with a white background and adequate font size, colour, and contrast to ensure readability from the back of the room. A sample Microsoft PowerPoint template is provided for your reference <Click here to download>  
• The presentation file name should follow the format: [PaperID].pptx (as used in EasyChair). Example: 444.pptx. Avoid using special characters or symbols in file names.
• Presenters must submit their PowerPoint file via Google form Delegate Presentation Upload from 5th December, 2025 to 10th December, 2025.
• Computers in session rooms will operate on Windows 10/11 with Microsoft PowerPoint 2019. Please ensure your file is compatible with PowerPoint 2019 or earlier versions.
• Each session room will be equipped with an LCD projector, Desktop/Laptop computer, microphone, and podium. Audio-Visual (AV) Technicians and TRG Volunteers will be available to provide technical assistance during the session.
• If your presentation requires specific technical arrangements or additional support, please inform the organising team in advance.
• As a precaution, please bring a backup copy of your presentation in both PowerPoint (.pptx) and PDF formats to the CTRG session on a Windows-compatible USB flash drive.
