NOTE:

1. Registration fee is in Indian National Rupees (INR) for both SAARC and Non-SAARC countries delegates and students. The registration fee is excluding applicable taxes.
2. On-spot registration payments will not be accepted in the form of cash, cheque, or demand draft. Participants are requested to make payments online using credit card, debit card, online account transfer, or UPI.
3. Registration Fees Cancellation Policy: Registration fee cancellation requests must be submitted by the registered author(s) only through email at ctrg@trgindia.org on or before December 5, 2025 (5:00 P.M.). The registration fee will be refunded after deducting the applicable tax, along with 20% cancellation charges. The refund will be initiated after the conference. No refund request will be entertained after December 5, 2025.
4. Only full-time bonafide students at the time of the conference are eligible for student registration fees.
5. At least one author must register for the conference on or before October 15, 2025 for the paper to be included in the conference program. One author can register for a maximum of two papers.
6. The registration fee includes:
   • Access to more than 350 presentations, 8 keynotes, 15 invited lectures, 5 Special Sessions, and 3 panel discussions
   • Conference Material and Mobile App
   • Welcome Reception and Dinner on Wednesday (December 17, 2025) at the Conference venue, IIT Guwahati
   • Conference Dinner on Thursday (December 18, 2025) and Friday (December 19, 2025) at the Conference venue, IIT Guwahati
   • 3 Lunches and 5 coffee/tea breaks (December 18 – 20, 2025)
7. The registered participants may bring an accompanying person by paying the applicable registration fee to access conference tea breaks, lunches, and dinners only. Accompanying persons are not permitted to attend the technical sessions or lectures of the conference. Optional paid activities and local tours may be organized for accompanying persons during the conference period.
